Barbara Berger has been a seeker all her life. In all her books, Barbara seeks to communicate in modern language her understanding of the science of consciousness and mind – and of ancient spiritual wisdom and principles. All her books are attempts to point out practical ways out of suffering to peace and harmony. She is not associated with any particular religion or tradition.
At her base in Copenhagen, Denmark, Barbara Berger continues to receive heart-warming thanks from people around the world for her best-selling book The Road to Power / Fast Food for the Soul. The book has been released in more than 25 countries in Scandinavia, Western Europe, North America, the Far East, Russia and Eastern Europe.
The Road to Power / Fast Food for the Soul grew out of Barbara’s own dramatic life story and is a genuine testimony to the spiritual wisdom and the life-changing techniques she presents in the book. Barbara grew up in the US and attended Sarah Lawrence College in New York but left the US in the 60s because of the Vietnam War. After several tumultuous years on the road, Barbara married a Dane and settled down in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In The Road to Power / Fast Food for the Soul she presents the life-changing techniques she used to rebuild her own life when she got divorced and was alone in a foreign country with three children to support. (Read the true story of Barbara Berger's Road to Power here.)
Barbara Berger has written more than 10 self-empowerment books including Mental Technology (The 10 Mental Laws), Gateway to Grace, and The Spiritual Pathway. Barbara’s new book Are You Happy Now? / 10 Ways to Live a Happy Life has just been released in Danish, Swedish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Czech, Hebrew - and will soon be released in many other languages.
Besides writing books, Barbara gives lectures and workshops (often with her son Tim Ray) and private sessions. |
